I know this might seem out of the blue but...

If you need a voice-chip, just contact me alright? I have very basic ones that barely use any power, however they might make you sound like a Commodore 64.

I'm almost wondering why they didn't bother installing one on you in the first place.

That would be very helpful doctor Emmerich

I believe Citrusoft's blue prints show that they sacrificed voice capability

to make room for the Heart Points, or affection, technology and

to make Chibi-Robos easy to mass-produce for the entire world

Or perhaps it is because someone designed Telly-Vision and they decided that shipping us as a combo would be good enough

I will gladly take you up on that voice chip offer if the need arises, of course
