The moment I fell utterly, irrevocably in love with Donna Noble was when she tells the Doctor that he can stop now in The Runaway Bride. And the show took that moment and made it be the most significant moment in its history after Doomsday, because if she hadn't been there to stop him, the Doctor would have committed suicide.
See, that's the thing, I just didn't realise quite how important that single moment was. I always just sort of figured that the Doctor would have gotten himself out, but holy crap. DONNA.
I'm not sure I realised how important it was in the bigger scheme of things, either (as in, holy shit, he would have died then and there without her; but then, it makes so much sense). But it was a moment that impressed me very much, and that made me love Donna, and I'm just so floored by the fact that it turned out to be so significant because it was such an important moment to me.
