we use Allgon Exterminators. they charge us... i think $38 per visit? we checked out the big name places and they were like $75 per.

i'm not sure if they're giving us a discount because we have them scheduled to come out every other month, but that frequency seems sufficient - and if you have a problem in between visits they'll send someone out for free to do touchups.
