Who: Daniel and Ardeth Where: The Basement after a breif stop in Daniel's room. When: After their visit to the Library. What: Daniel hopes to find the Stargate he came through.
Daniel shrugged, might have just been a one time thing.
He reached over and pressed the button for the fourth floor. Something occured to Daniel, "If I was able to get here through the Stargate that may or may not be in the basement...I wonder if any thing else may have?"
"They do not seem to need any such gate to bring people here from anywhere they like," Ardeth pointed out. "I was riding my horse in a familiar art of the desert and came across this hotel seemingly from nowhere. I was on open ground. There was no gate of any sort. Many other can attest to the same thing."
Daniel raised his eyebrows and nodded, "True, and what makes it even stranger is that the Stargate I walked through was a figment of my mind." He adjusted his glasses, "That being said, finding oneself in front of a phsycial one can be rather..disconcerting."
"Huh..." Danielstepped into the elevator, "Is there anywhere this place doesn't take people from?" A small part of him wondered if this Julian might know of a way to seperate a Goa'uld symbiote with out harming the host.
"I'n not sure which would be worse," He tapped his lips, "Our 'hosts' coming down and gloating in some way, or the silence they seem to prefer." He reached over and pressed the button for the lobby. "At least if they gloated we could discern some motive from it."
