My great uncle died over the weekend and I wasn't able to get into town for his funeral today, which I'm really bummed about. He lived one house down from my grandparents and we were always over there when we were kids. I feel really bad for not seeing him more later in life and today I'm just feeling really off and sad

Thanks, I'm still feeling really bummed about it. I was talking to my aunt on facebook about it (she wasn't able to come either, she lives in Arizona) and she told me about how he used to make several sorts of wine in the basement and when she was a kid he'd let her and her siblings drink it and piss off their parents. Hahaha, I didn't know but that was excellent. He was such a cool dude.
