big brother isn't watching but swing is, swing hates most the inmates, inmates swing can stand: sark, concern for the policing establishment, criminal records, watchmen watch people not stalk

Because I... well, I wasn't allowed to help enforce order, so I thought I'd keep as many notes as I could manage. Partly habit, partly frustration with the amount of inmates deciding that beating each other up was a solution.
