Bullet Point Sunday!

Mar 08, 2015 20:57

(Except without the bullets because they keep being weird when I add them.)

I did the Humble Bundle pay what you want thing, so now I have all the MTMTE so far! Except I haven't had time to download and figure out just where I want to put them and what format - pdf? or for my Kindle app I think it's MOBI, but they don't all have a MOBI version.

Oh cool!

Aw, niecelet....huh. I think those are the only lullabys' I know too. And the 'irish lullaby'.

Good luck on the refinance, I'm sure things'll go well.

Daylight savings always messes with me in bizarre ways. Seems to set off my insomnia.

No melting here yet, but we're supposed to get to 50F by the end of the week.

oh lord, I am not ready for the invasion of spring peepers that want to come into the living room yet.....

I know a few more songs, like for daycamp and stuff, but niece really seems to prefer the basic kid songs.

Refinance, done! \o/

It's so funny that a single hour should muck with everything so much - humans, we're very sensitive!

More melting today, but there's so much snow and ice it's going to take awhile for a complete meltdown. Makes it tricky in the morning because the snow melts and then refreezes in these very slippery ice patches - I've been having to re-salt the sidewalks at work every morning.

Hooray for Humble Bundle!
Singing to niecelet! Eee! Kenny Loggins put out a CD of lullabies years ago that's pretty neat - includes Rainbow Connection from the Muppet Movie! and The Last Unicorn from the movie of the same name... :D
Oooh, hope all that refi stuff goes smoothly! ::appendages crossed::
SIL posted a meme on fook today; photo of Count Rogan, saying, "We've just sucked one hour of your life away.Tell me - and remember, this is for posterity, so be honest - how do you feel?" XD
Mom and Dad took a long weekend road trip to Yosemite and Pinnacles last weekend, and they got snowed and hailed and rained on! Woo! Here, though? Here we're in the low 70's with little hope of any more rain any time soon. :( Poppies are blooming, and we still have a few freesias! :D

I'll see how far I get - with comics especially I seem to do much better with the hard copies than electronic, but for the price it's worth a shot ( ... )

Yay happy nieclet!!! I had that Kenny Loggins CD Tainry mentions -- it's a good one! (I wonder if I still have it around, though likely not since I did so much passing along of things when we moved).

Yay spring! Even a muddy one is cause for joy.

She's just started taking some baby food, and mom and I were both cracking up over her happy duck face at the taste of peaches! Apparently that's a favorite - she's endlessly entertaining ^_^

I'll have to check on Amazon for a used copy - you can usually find older CD's pretty cheap!

We are very ready for spring around here! Although the mud it truly epic - I stopped by the bark park yesterday to check out a customer complaint (rule-breaking lady was gone, so was relieved not to have to deal with belligerent person) and it was a quagmire, got glomped by two happy and very muddy boxers. It was worth the mud - they were sweet doggies :D

d'awww - boxers are like big versions of my sweet little Groot. So adorable. <3333

Eeeee peaches! Oh yes, that is a wonderful new taste indeed!

I remember when my eldest thought that steamed broccoli was the BEST THING EVER.
