Near the end of last semester, a guy from New Zealand showed up in the area and began to help coach the rugby team here at Tech. Apparently he's very very well connected to any and every level of rugby play, and his knowledge of the game easily dwarfed our current coaches. Great New Year's. We parked just off campus and walked for a few minutes through bone dead fields and dorms to get to my old room where the party was. Finished up my last final Thursday afternoon and got drunk on campus with a dude Trevor from the class. It felt great to finally throw off the yoke of school after a very long week of non-stop cramming, as it does every semester. I've been studying about eight hours a day for the past several days. Today I took a break from reading to lay out in the sun and get a bit of a tan. The weather's fucking stupid. Anyway, with all this preparation, if my finals don't simply bend over and lift up their skirts for me, I'm quitting school and will find a job cutting down trees.

There's really only two things I'd like for Christmas.
