Accomplished a lot this morning.

Skinned and deboned the chicken I roasted last night.  Started cooking the bones for stock.  House smells fabulous

Also, I envy you the ability to do laundry. Our washing machine died and our landlord is pussyfooting around about replacing it. Oh, the laundry piles...
