House stuff:
3 auctions this Sat plus a couple more inspections.  All 3 are nice, but I think the best one is the last.  However, it has tenants until May, and although we could kick them out, that could be rude and the process could be troublesome...(although, really, it's only a few more months post settlement if we just wait till lease finishes);
