Lately I've been focusing on writing that might one day actually be able to provide me with some income, so I have shirked my fanfiction muses. But in the odd furtive, exciting moment, I've squirreled away some sentences, so I present to you now a little collection of drabbles in all my regular fandoms ... and one from The Office (US). Nina, Nina, Nina. I'm going to lead a protest on behalf of legalizing gay marriage, and upon my victory, I will ask for your hand in marriage. Or maybe I'll just leave you a nice review instead. That's probably less creepy.

"The Smell of Honey": This feels very much like Chuck. Her vivaciousness and zest for life. And it brought to mind all the vivid colors we see in the show.

"Unreal": That had only happened when they were five.

That line hit me hard. It felt like you sucker-punched me.

"Changes": I've told you before, but I love your Rose. She's the Rose who lives in my head. The Rose I get so protective of when fandom trashes her. Many people can write her in-character, but few can make her resonate with me the way you do. And it only took you 149 words to do it.

BAH! Less creepy = less fun, apparently! I SAY WE HAVE A SMASHING LESBIAN MARRIAGE.

And it brought to mind all the vivid colors we see in the show.

That line hit me hard. It felt like you sucker-punched me.

I didn't mean to sucker-punch you. <333333 (But! I AM ABLE TO EMOTIONALLY RESONATE WITH MY WRITING! Ahem.)

And then your paragraph about "Changes" just sort of makes me more and more teary-eyed each time I reread it. *LOVES YOU AND YOUR FANCY FEEDBACK*

He looked at her like that, begging for a smile; he asked her where she wanted to go; he held her tightly in his arms; and she knew she mattered.

*SNIFF*

Oh, I hope she knows. Sometimes I get really upset that she doesn't even have the memory of the Doctor telling her he LOVES HER, so I hope she knows.

Also, The Office fic!!! AWWWWWW.

She couldn't understand why Karen had ever turned down a prank. For her the best part of life was being caught up in one of Jim's jokes, to have him let her in and look at her with such supreme excitement.
