Police/Kitty Update

So I'd called the police officer and left a message on his machine. Later just before I headed off to work, he called me back and left a message saying that he'd just worked 23 hours and was going to go to bed, so all in all he'd just tell me why he left the note and to not worry I'm not going to be arrested or anything XD

at least she isn't complaining that you move your chairs to loudly. well hopefully when she finds out what happened to the cat she apologizes to you. or makes you muffins. mmmm muffins...

It's highly likely that she called the pound and asked them to notify her if they found a cat that looked like her cat. That's the only way they would know to put a note on her door (although why they didn't just call her is a mystery). Other explanation could be that the cat had a microchip with her address in it. Sort of unlikely when she didn't have a license for it.

In any case, I bet she's just overreacting because she misses her kitty and doesn't really hate you.
