I have started seeing a therapist for my anxiety. I haven't received my official diagnosis, but he doesn't think it's GAD or a chronic issue, which is a good news. Unofficially -- adjustment disorder with anxiety and depression. Simply put, I went through a really hard time. My brain is hypersensitive, and I'm in overdrive. More good news is ( Read more... )

I kind of feel that way about some unresolved issues I have. I still have nightmares about things that happened years about that my mind still can't accept. If you can get into therapy, I think it will be good for whatever ails you. I felt better after one visit because it help me put a face on how I'm feeling.
