I am beginning
to wonder if anyone
loves LJ like me.

I remember when this place was hoppin'.  Now, it resembles more of a ghost town.  I've been an LJ member for eight years now, though.  And it will take more than a drought to run me off [much to some's dismay, I'm sure].

I love LJ.
I have been writing in a private journal for a while now. I feel like with twitter, and facebook no one has the time or attention span to read my journals anyway when they can get my quick updates.

If I thought people cared, or read it, then I'd take the time to make entries here, but with work and the new company I've been slacking.

Congrats on the 6.5 weeks of no smoking!!!

I still <3 lj, and I'm glad there are still plenty of people that love it too and post. It's sad to not see as many people posting as I used to, but I feel like a lot of posts contain more content and real substance then they used to as well (unlike back when a lot more people posted but so many just posted quizzes! Hmm...that sounds like facebook now...).

And congrats on not cheating on the smoking!

It is probably true that entries are more developed now. It saddens me that some people are giving up, but I won't be one of them. I'm glad to know there are other people who still care.

1) Okay, I love lj, but as everyone has abandoned it I feel like I'm posting to myself. Then I feel like I'm 11 again and keeping a diary and that makes me feel emo.
