I had gone to Olivine City a few days ago to let my water Pokemon enjoy time with Masaharu's Pokemon. As much as I like quiet atmosphere of Ecruteak and burying myself in my books, it seemed as though I really needed the change of scenery. The average temperature over the three days I spent there was 72.54 degrees, and that was simply the best ( Read more... )

Don't underestimate me, Yanagi - you'll be stunned speechless again this year.

Keigo, you know that I am hardly ever stunned speechless. But the nonetheless, I am sure what you have in store for us will be large, showy, enjoyable, and decently obnoxious. Partly due to your grand ideas and partly due to the antics of some of the guests.

Also, is there anything in particular you are looking to have for your birthday?

"Hardly ever" is a far cry from "never" for one so careful with his words as you. Obnoxious, yes. Large, yes. Showy, yes. Enjoyable, guaranteed. You'll love every second.

Are you considering bringing me a gift? How very thoughtful of you. Truly, it would be best to consider a gift for my Pokemon - they have worked hard to earn rewards.

I see that your Insight hasn't lost its effectiveness or accuracy. *smirks* That aside, I am looking forward to enjoying myself. My Pokemon do love the competitions you arrange every year.

Hmm... I believe I have something that your Pokemon will appreciate. I'll make a note to pack it into my belongings tonight. They certainly do work as hard as their master!

I think only Marui is brave enough to drink that stuff.

I don't quite remember how he faired with the latest drink he tried. Maybe he can remind me? I just know that with almost everyone, save for Wakashi's Snorlax, found the effects to be quite terrible.

Hello there, Kuranosuke! I am quite sure that I will do well in most of them, and perhaps will win one if I have calculated everything properly. Will you be participating in the competitions and contests as well?

If we stumble across some time, I think having lunch would be delightful. I am eager to hear about how you've been doing with Pokemon medicine.

I wish you the best of luck! Although I'm sure that you will end up winning one as well, with how incredibly perceptive you are.Definitely looking forward to watching the competition you will be in.~ Ah, yeah I am! If I happen to win something, I'm sure my Pokemon and family members would love to have it.

That would be fantastic! Coincidentally, I've been eager to hear about how your studies have been. Your readings have always fascinated me. Maybe we can have lunch together at the festival if we see each other~?

My data is very detailed and accurate. It certainly is a large part of my perceptive skills.
Always a kindhearted soul, Kuranosuke. Are you going alone or will your family members be going with you too?

My studies have been a major part of my days and I have discovered quite a lot since we've last met. I'm contemplating writing a book sometime soon about some of my research - I am sure that that will go well.

If you would like lunch, then that can easily be arranged. Please, feel free to decide what food we shall eat when we meet up.
