I had gone to Olivine City a few days ago to let my water Pokemon enjoy time with Masaharu's Pokemon. As much as I like quiet atmosphere of Ecruteak and burying myself in my books, it seemed as though I really needed the change of scenery. The average temperature over the three days I spent there was 72.54 degrees, and that was simply the best.
After Masaharu took off for Goldenrod Tower, Pidgeot flew us home to Ecruteak, where I was promptly tackled by my Growlithe and Houndoom. The chance of something bad happening in my absence was slim to none, so it was nice to find the house in the exact state that I had left it before I went to Olivine City. Okay, so my Flareon set fire to one of the plants near the pond, but it was promptly put out.
Now I am busying myself with packing to depart for the festivities of Viridian City. I'm sure that Keigo will outdo himself yet again this year even though I'm not sure how he CAN keep doing more and more each year. It's an unexplainable thing - just like how I can effortless predict what people will say before they say it. *smirk*
I'm looking forward to seeing old friends and my Pokemon trainers during the month in Viridian City. There is a lot of new data to collect, knowledge to accumulate, and people to meet. I will say this though - there is a zero percent chance that I will try any of Sadaharu's Apricorn juice (or any of his concoctions for that matter). You call me stubborn - I call myself wise.
Hmm... I might visit Mt. Moon or Cerulean City at some point too. *contemplates*
