Thank you! It is a Japanese McDonald's Happy Meal toy. Exactly as you said, it works like a Beyblade and spins like a top!

Nice collection!! Grovyle is definitely one of my faves too, especially after playing Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky all those years ago (my absolute favorite spin-off games). Seeing this makes me want to get a plush or two myself!

Great collection, I love the postcard art, in particular! Grovyle with the time gear is especially super nice :') It almost looks like 4 trading cards put together? PMD: Sky is my fave Pokemon game, so I always love seeing PMD stuff in collections ; ;
