Does anyone know what this thing on the left here is? I can't tell if those Quagsires are inside the package or not. I don't recognize the shape of the one on top. It's too fat to be a kid figure... Any ideas?

I'm not entirely sure- but I think it's the "soft touch" Quagsire just sitting on top of a Banpresto box? I took a couple pictures of mine and the shape seems identical! I also have a Totodile MIP "soft touch" styled figure that has kinda similar packaging as the Quagsire in the picture?? If it's not then it might be something new to add to the wants list :D That's definitely an interesting picture, though!!

Oh! Yea that looks like the one! I don't have the soft touch figure yet, that's probs why I didn't recognize it. BeastlyGimmick offered to sell me one but I don't think they're super active on here anymore so I haven't heard from them in a while. Maybe they just set the figures on top of that box? Do you know if the soft touch figure part of a set? I really appreciate you getting pics for me! What a cute little chunky figure!

Yeah! They're really adorable little figures! I find that the squishyness fits Quagsire's persona very well! c: And they are part of a set, inside my Totodile's packaging is a paper slip with Pikachu, Heracross, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, and Quagsire! It also says the number 2 on it, so this could be like the second released set? I also think i saw an old post with a squishy Snubbull and Aipom too so they might be from the first one? Yea that figure is super cute. He's way chunkier than the kid figure! I want one so bad haha. It's one of the few things I'm still missing as far as I know. I bet the others are just as cute :3

I’m not sure about the figures, but I have a Banpresto slide puzzle in a very similar box. If it’s the same sort of box, it’s quite thin and definitely would not be able to fit a figure inside. :)

Oh that does look similar. A friend of mine translated the front of the one in the photo as a "Special Collection" but idk what that means. Looks like it has slots for two figures?
