Item ID Needed (and wishlist!)

Does anyone know what this thing on the left here is? I can't tell if those Quagsires are inside the package or not. I don't recognize the shape of the one on top. It's too fat to be a kid figure... Any ideas?




And also if anyone has anything on this list (click the pic!) and would be willing to part with it, I'm down to buy some stuff!
