Life Update + Larger Than Life Auction

Hi Everyone! :D Long time no post. I can't believe that my last entry was almost a year ago. X_x I hope everyone is doing well and your collections are coming along. :)
Over the past year, new issues with health and obligations with work, family, and other things have slowly pushed my collecting to the back-burner. :( Unfortunately, I made the decision early this year to exit the collecting scene and to keep only my absolute favorite items. Having said that, most of my posts for the next few months will be me trying to find my current collections some new loving homes. :) I want to thank all of you for the time I have spent on this amazing community. While this is certainly not a definitive goodbye, I just want to let you all know that you may see less and less activity from me as the years go on.
Today's auction features my larger items--the ones exceeding 12" in any one dimension. :)

General
*I will not sell to non-members or banned members.
*Items come from a non-smoking, pet-free environment. However, some items were pre-owned and may come from different environments.
*I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please ask all questions before bidding.
*These items can be combined with items from my Pokemon sales and my Non-Pokemon sales.
Prices/Bidding
*Prices are in USD.
*Prices DO NOT include shipping or Paypal fees.
*Please bid in increments of at least $1.
*No sniping. The auction will extend by 5 minutes if a bid is placed in the last minute.
*Please DO NOT edit or delete bids. If you must retract your bid for any reason, contact me first.
*Be aware that every bid counts as a commitment. If you are the winning bidder, but you back out for any reason (e.g. the shipping costs are not to your liking), then you will receive negative feedback. Likewise, if you are the second highest bidder and the winning bidder falls through, your bid still counts as a commitment, which means if I offer you the item and you back out as well, then you will receive negative feedback.
Payment
*I only accept Paypal.
*I can accept payment plans as long as the total cost of the item(s) exceeds $100 and the total amount is paid off before July 2018. I will not ship items out until FULL payment is received. Also, I will NOT refund prior payments if you decide not to purchase the item later, so please be sure you are 100% committed before requesting a payment plan.
*Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your total from me unless I have given you an extension.
*Negative feedback will be left for retracting bids, for not paying on time, or for being unresponsive.
Shipping/Handling
*Items are shipped from Hawaii, United States.
*I will only ship within the United States. International buyers may use a US middleman if they are serious about any of the items listed.
*Shipping prices will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
*Items will be shipped in whatever I feel best fits the item and properly protects it. I do recycle materials such as boxes and bubble wrap. If you have special instructions regarding shipment, feel free to say so.
*Items will be shipped via USPS within 1-5 days (excluding Sundays, holidays, or days without postal service) of receiving cleared payment. If there is a problem that will delay shipping, I will notify you.
*Once an item is shipped, it is no longer my responsibility. If you are concerned, please ask about insurance.
Condition Key
*NEW - New. The item is brand new and has never been played with.
*MWT - Mint with Tag. The item is in mint condition and still has all of its original tags, but it may show slight signs of aging.
*TTO - Tush Tag Only. The item is gently used and does not have its original hang tag(s).
*PRE - Pre-owned. The item was owned by someone before me and therefore the condition is what-you-see-is-what-you-get.
