I apologize for the lengthy rules, but having everything clearly written helps me stay organized and helps you, the buyer, know exactly what you are getting into. Please read through everything before proceeding. Thank you. :)

General

*I will not sell to non-members or banned members. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone I deem unreliable or unsafe, including members with negative feedback.
*Items come from a non-smoking, pet-free environment. However, some items are pre-owned and may come from different environments.
*I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please ask all questions before purchasing.
*Please note that I work from 8am-5pm on weekdays and therefore won't be able to respond to comments until after 5:30pm HST on those days.
*These items may be combined with items from my Non-Pokemon Sales post.
Quotes/Commitments
*Please state whether you are committed or just looking for a quote. Priority will go to those who are committed.
*I can hold items, but holds count as a commitment. You are not allowed to hold items for another user.
Prices/Payment
*Prices are in USD.
*Prices DO NOT include shipping or Paypal fees unless stated otherwise.
*I prefer Paypal but may make exceptions for alternate payment methods.
*Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your total from me unless I have given you an extension.
*I can accept payment plans as long as the total cost of the item(s) exceeds $100 and the total amount is paid off within two months. I will not ship items out until FULL payment is received. Also, I will NOT refund prior payments if you decide not to purchase the item later, so please be sure you are 100% committed before requesting a payment plan.
*Haggling is only allowed for items labeled "OBO" or for large purchases with multiple items.
*A minimum purchase of $10 is required. Due to the cost of shipping and packing materials, it's not worth it for either of us to go less than that.
Trades
*I accept trades. You may view my Wants list here.
*Trades will be done at my own discretion.
*I prefer 1-for-1 trades unless the value of the items are significantly different, in which case, multiple-for-1 or 1+payment-for-1 is acceptable.
*If you do not have sales permission or you have negative feedback, then I must receive your half of the trade before shipping my half.
*I reserve the right to refuse to trade with anyone I deem unreliable or difficult.
*For now, I will only trade within the United States.
Shipping/Handling
*Items are shipped from Hawaii, United States.
*I will only ship within the United States. International buyers may use a US middleman if they are serious about any of the items listed.
*Shipping prices will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
*Items will be shipped with tracking unless requested otherwise. Small flats can be mailed in a regular mailing envelope, which does not include tracking.
*Items will be shipped in whatever I feel best fits the item and properly protects it. I do recycle materials such as boxes and bubble wrap. If you have special instructions regarding shipment, feel free to say so.
*Items will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 days (excluding Sundays, holidays, or days without postal service) of receiving cleared payment. If there is a problem that will delay shipping, I will notify you.
*Delivery times may vary depending on your location. To be safe, please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to arrive.
*Once an item is shipped, it is no longer my responsibility. If you are concerned, please ask about insurance.
Feedback
*Negative feedback may be left for backing out of a sale commitment, for not paying on time, or for being unresponsive.
*Feedback will automatically be given to those who leave me feedback. If you wish for feedback without leaving me any, then please request it.
*Feedback will be given after the item has been delivered.
Condition Key
*NEW - New. The item is brand new, unopened, and has never been played with.
*MWT - Mint with Tag. The item is in mint condition and still has all of its original tags, but it may show slight signs of aging.
*MDT - Mint with Detached Tag. The item is in mint condition and still has its original tags, but the tags are detached. Item may show slight signs of aging.
*TTO - Tush Tag Only. The item is gently used and does not have its original hang tag(s).
*MIP - Mint in Package. The item has been opened before but is in mint condition and comes with all its original packaging.
*MNP - Mint with No Package. The item is in mint condition but does not have the original packaging.
*GNP - Good with No Package. The item is in good condition (may be gently used) but does not have the original packaging.
*LVD - Loved. The item has been heavily used or played with. Damage may be apparent.
*PRE - Pre-owned. The item was owned by someone before me and therefore the condition is what-you-see-is-what-you-get.
*M/NM - Mint to Near Mint. Refers to trading cards and multimedia. The card/disc is like new with few to no flaws.
*EXC - Excellent. Refers to trading cards and multimedia. The card/disc is in excellent condition with some edge wear or minimal scratches.
*PLY - Played. Refers to trading cards and multimedia. The card/disc is heavily worn, creased, scratched, or stained.
