Hi everyone!

Today I want to ask you a few queries about a new collection I'd thought to start: Azelf! I have some perplexities, though, starting with what merch has been officially released.

Don't sweat it! I have a lot of favourite pokemon too, and It's been really difficult for me to collect certain pokemon, haha. It's good that you've decided to put a focus on figures though, that's a good start! Personally, I started my focus on plush.

Super funny coincidence too, I literally just received my Azelf Banpresto in the mail (I can give pics if you want!)! There definitely isn't a lot of Azelf merch, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The pieces of merch that come to mind are the Kid, Zukan, Banpresto Plush, Jakks Plush, Megablock, I believe there was a Jakks figure or something too, and Canvas plush. From the google searches I did I did see a lot of figures! Of course, there's a lot of miscellaneous items that you will come across! f you ever do choose to collect him you shouldn't have much trouble with completing your collection!

Oh, I didn't expect there to be other Azelf lovers! The banpresto plush I didn't know of, looks so cute and cuddly! Thanks for the precious information and for the support, glad to know I am not the only one that struggles to answer when asked about their favourite pokemon :D

Unfortunately, Azelf and the other lake pixies don't have too much interesting merch. They don't even have Pokedolls! I'm really surprised that they actually got Canvas plush at all (of course, my lovely Azelf travel buddy, Sapphire, is a Canvas, so I'm also very grateful!) I've seen a few clearfiles and a few figures here and there, but very little love was given to Azelf and the other pixies. That disappoints me, as Azelf is my favorite Pokemon :( I hope that, someday, if there are ever D/P remakes, then the pixies will get a lot more love merch-wise!

I don't actually COLLECT anything yet (too young for a Paypal!) so I hope this was enough discussion. Although, I'm very glad to have another friend who likes Azelf!

Oh I see - I have mistaken the banpresto plush with a pokedoll, apparently! And yes, the Canvas one is probably the most beautiful of the Azelf plushies out there, I've been meaning to buy it long before I came to think about collecting Azelf - though it seems hard to find at a good price! You're right about it though, Azelf is just gorgeous and it isn't fair that they and the other members of the trio haven't received the proper attention and love - looking forward for the DPP remake too :D

You must be very young then, enjoy life and the wait! Waiting often feels just as good as experiencing - and in any case will make it even more exciting when the time comes! :)

I'm sure the hypothetical Pokedoll would look almost the same as the banpresto! And yeah, I love the Canvas Azelf's pastel colors and cute little smile! I got my Canvas for Christmas from my parents, so.. I have no idea how big of a hole that put in their wallets. xD But yeah, I surely wish that the lake pixies will get some more love in the future! No Pokemon deserves to be left out - I feel so bad for the Pokes that don't have any merch besides flats!

Yeah, I am young. :D I'm trying to get through HIIIIGH SCHOOOOL. It's probably good that I don't have a Paypal yet, because I'd most likely be flying off the rails with buying stuff off the comm. XD

Hey there, so glad I wouldn't be alone in my quest :D

Thank you for your precious information! You got it right: I thought the Banpresto plush was actually a Pokedoll! :P And never heard about the pouch, thank you very much! I do hope there are Chou get and metallic figures they are pretty nice generally - and yes, there's MonCollé figure :)

I think I might really start collecting Azelf soon though, in hope to see more merch when they release the remake of DPP in the years to come. it looks more fun to my eyes now and, as you said, not to difficult to track down!
