Hello, I have another question.

You say that evolution is fine as long as the pokemon doesn't exceed level 10, and in one comment you said re-learning moves via the Move Relearner is okay because supposedly the pokemon once knew it.

I managed to evolve the Pichu on my team into a level 10 Raichu, and according to the Move Relearner in Pastoria City, Raichu can relearn Thunderbolt and Quick Attack. Can I use these attacks on my team, even though Pikachu wouldn't be able to learn them until lvl 13 and 26?

fuck.. that's a tough one... In the spirit of the tournament I would say no thunderbolt, since it is clearly a top tier move and wouldn't be fair against people using quick attack and tackle.

So I'd perfer you didn't use thunderbolt but quick attack is fine.
