Sorry this round is full since I didn't expect to ge the full 18 members I had set out for. Next round will be double 36 members and you will be more than welcome to take part in 4 weeks time when it will run. :)

sign ups will go up a couple of days before this one ends. The community (here) will get it 1 day earlier than the other communities relating to pokemon, so you'll have to watch if you want to get a head start. :P

yes move tutors are illegal. Except for the move relearner since technically you already knew it.

Pokerus isn't illegal, but frowned upon in the future :P

Oh, I have a question too!

If Pokerus is frowned upon, what about EV training? I mean it's hard to do when they're so little, but it's not impossible.

well EV training can't be helped, it's up to you how you get them to level ten, as long as they are level 10.

Pokerus would be frowned upon purely because it's so rare to get and the idea is for randomness and skill to take over not pokerus, uber stats and leftovers ;)
