So....we just (most likely) bought a house. We offered, they counter-offered, and we accepted their counter offer. Inspection will be in the next few days, and barring anything crazy coming up from that, in approximately one month we will close and be first-time homebuyers ( Read more... )

After the great time we had going skiing last month, Melissa wanted to go again. Her parents' church was planning a group trip at Winterplace for January 23rd, but I wasn't able to get the day off.
