I have a tendency to obsess and if you read my blog and or facebook then I'm sure you are aware of this. What can I say ... there is just something inside me that can't love something half-way. It's either all or nothing with me. Obsessing for me is usually whittled down to entertainment - TV, books, movies, and music. They all play a role in ( Read more... )

I didn't read this. Will come back to it after my own review. Interestingly enough I got into Harry Potter about five years ago too. With the Goblet of Fire movie.

Can't wait to talk about it with you. I curiosity was peeked after catching the first movie on ABC family back in 2005. Then I rented the second and third. I had a friend at work that I knew read the books and, so I asked her to borrow the fourth and instantly fell in love. Finished the next two right after that and went back and read the third. Had to wait for the last one.

A secret of mine - I've never read the first two books. I tried to, but I lost interest.

Agree with every word.

When I was watching the scene where the Death Eaters are there while V is torturing that teacher I thought this is a kids movie. No way is Summer watching this movie until she is much older, especially considering what happens to her afterward.

Emma and Daniel definitely have some chemistry. I expected at any second during their dancing scene for them to kiss. Had I not read the books I definitely would have expected it to happen.

If I had to pick a favorite I would say this movie is in the top two of the series if not the number one. I was pleasantly surprised by how closely they stuck to the storyline, which was not always the case in the earlier movies.

I could not even watch the previews for this movie without nearly crying because I will be so sad when it is over.

I rarely go and watch a movie for a second time in the theater. In fact, I can't think of one I have ever done that with but I really would like to with this one.

I'd like to see it again, but I don't really have the time to sit through a movie that long. I will be getting it on DVD though.

This movie really was the best (so far) I just felt them being away from Hogwarts enhanced the story making it more exciting.

I'm really hoping I can manage to see this one soon :p I don't want to wait for the many months it would take to hit the dollar theater the way I had to for the last one LOL

Sam was forced to read the last book, because of his job. So, this was the first HP movie he willingly wanted to see with me.

But, yeah go by yourself ... you won't even notice. I promise.
