Ok, I was trying to wait as long as possible before posting a new entry because I do so enjoy seeing Jason Thompson's gorgeousness every time I open my livejournal page BUT this had to be done

LOL ok, not my point. My point is that it's weird for people my age to be married and having kids (in my opinion) not that I am not married/have no kids. I think I'm pretty normal. Which is why it is freaking me out that there are people in their 20s doing this. I think you are pretty normal too. Well, genearlly speaking. You know what I mean.
The thought of having kids/getting married freaks me the hell out. The fact that it doesn't freak other people the hell out is what concerns me. You being in your thirties and not having a child...thumbs up to you. These two guys I dated (one of whom is a year younger than me) having kids...scary scary shit.
i'll be honest, i do find kids to be awful cute these days, and i'm starting to warm up to the idea that i might not be doomed to screw them up royally in my attempts to raise them. but don't worry, i'm most certainly not anywhere near the point in my life where i'm ready to start poppin' them out.
however. the idea of childbirth has, and still, scares the living shit out of me. did you know the mother is CONSCIOUS during a c-section?!?!? and that if it's an emergency they may not even have time to numb you up???? I would die. DIE.
at that stage of "emergency" I think you're probably passed out anyway
I say adopt. There's some poor kid out there that would loved to be screwed up by you rather than be raised in some orphanage half way around the world. Besides ... I'm so not prepared to think about what pregnancy would physically do to my body. I already have enough issues and I really don't need to do something to my body that's not covered by the warranty.
