piano and music and freakouts

It seems the 8th of December is going to be when my AMEB prac exam for piano is. My teacher told me this morning and I kind of freaked out. She seems to be under the impression that four weeks is adequate time for me to get all my songs/scales/whatnots up to scratch. PFFT. NO. I need more time. Ugh. It's not that I probably wouldn't pass as things

good luck with your exam practice. I got really poor marks on my last two exams which has left me with some kind of i-will-never-be-good-enough complex.

Also. Scriabin sounds like a crazy. What notes made up the chord of ecstasy? That is a fantastic name.

Scriabin was indeed a bit of a nutter. From what I can make out from my scribble of notes, the ecstasy chord was a dominant chord with added notes so: C, G, B, D#, F, A. He also made up a chord he named the "mystic" chord (because he was incredibly into mysticism) which was based on the ecstasy chord, and is: C, F#, Bb, E, A, D. I really hope that's right. ^_^
