I was going to close it up in a few hours since the weekend has well and truly completed. But computer issues have meant that getting the next example set up is taking longer than planned. So another 20 hours or so? xD

What happens if the sim you requested won't be made at all? Tough luck?

I wouldn't say that at all!

The event's focus is really more about the sims that you all get to make for the whole community, and not whether or not your particular brief you posted gets made.

As I said, there's also no reason why you can't submit sims after the next event is announced, its just that they will be ineligible for this next event. Doesn't mean they can't be used in future projects for the comm or of your own devising. ^^

If you had fun making the sim(s) that you scored briefs for then you got to contribute, others get to download your sims, and they get to be used in the next two events and people's personal games besides. I think you can agree that there's NOTHING 'tough luck' about that. :D

I've had mine done for awhile, and I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to get him uploaded in time, but due to a change of plans my vacation has been canceled. I just have to figure out why my bodyshop isn't opening, and I'll have him up. =]
