I am currently seeking people who have struggled with weight, diet and food, for a research article/survey. If this applies to you, or someone you know, I'd love to get some information from you!
Tried to edit this into my comment but you already replied: (Oops, I see the note about leaving a personal message on your LJ. Still, some people may not want any of this tied with their journals.)
It's a damn, damn useful site for psychological research. It allows you to collect data while assuring anonymity to your participants. You can do fill-in text answers as well as check boxes and buttons. You can also include an optional text field at the end for people to voluntarily submit their email addresses if they're OK with it so you can contact them about quoting them in your paper.
Sorry I replied so quickly and couldn't let you edit!
And thanks so much for the info about and link to Survey Monkey.
I'll definitely bookmark it. (I've taken on new work that requires tons of research/surveys and asking questions so I'm sure I'll be putting it to plenty of use.) Thanks! =]

(You might even try making a Survey Monkey poll so as to ensure anonymity for people worried about that.)

I'm not sure what a Survey Monkey poll is, however...?
