i worked for pancoast for a few years in high school and the beginning of college, and they were really great. got paid on time, never went without work unless i was requesting days off, and they were flexible with my schedule. also, they were pretty good about not sending me places i didn't want to go (i.e. for awhile, i was really worn out of receptionist jobs, so they found me steady data entry, when i wanted to try legal stuff, they found that too).
it has been several years, but i think the people who work there are pretty much the same.
also, it doesn't hurt to put your name in at more than one place. one summer, i signed up with adecco also, and that way, i could be a little pickier with which positions i chose that were closest to what i wanted to be doing.
