Has anyone subbed for Pittsburgh Public or the surrounding districts? I have looked at the various webpages and learned info about what I need to submit and (for some of them) the pay scale, but what I am really wondering is,

• Is there enough work? Were you able to work daily when desired?

Any tips or tricks to working the night shift?  Any ideas on where the heck you find those jobs in the burgh??  I'm an ex-office worker in the nonprofit sector but willing to clean toilets, dig ditches, or assemble something a million times to earn a better life for my daughter!
