...and it's future uncertain, again. This is sad since so much work went into getting them reopened the last time.

My understanding is that once Tom Pastorius secures ownership, he plans on brewing beer there at the least and eventually opening up the restaurant (his view is that the business hasn't done well since he sold it to Birchmere because they had no idea how to run it).

So hopefully they will come to a deal, and the closing isn't permanent.

In addition, outsourcing the beer production to Lion Brewery really killed the quality of the product.
