This isn't perfect, but it's a start...
HB 2201 would allow people to order wine and have it shipped directly from the winery to them. You would still have to place the order through the PLCB website and there is a bit of a service charge on it, but at least you can now get it shipped directly to you. I've seen Reed's Ginger Brew in several places, but I'd like to have a "genuine"
