Quiet storm is awesome, they make me love vegetables. But they close at nine, so don't try to do a late dinner. Double Wide Grill on Carson St has amazing seitan hot wings, vegetable chili, the cornbread is the tastiest I've ever had, and I'm curious to try their "pulled pork" seitan sandwich. They also have a lentil burger that might be good, plus they have meat for meat lovers. Meat lovers are out of luck at QS, but they could get a hearty milkshake!
Drinks: Mad Mex has decent veggie options, as do most Big Burrito restaurants, and Harris Grill (love that macncheese). Mostly loud, unless you go early. Maybe Soba lounge? This is where I'm less helpful. Not a big drinker. Good luck!
I have one friend who is vegan and he has enjoyed eating at Abay Ethiopian restaurant in East Liberty and Trams in Lawrenceville, too. I like them both alot.
I may be the only veg who doesn't like Tram's, but I doubt it. I've heard others less than impressed by rudeness &/or messing up your order. There are too many other places just as good that aren't rude.
Dozen Bakeshop in Lawrenceville does killer brunches, yum lunches and occasional dinners-check their website for events. Brillobox has veg at minimum on Sunday nights, if the new menu isn't in place every night yet

I've had random quality experiences there. I think it depends on who's cooking.
