Not just a minor contusion,
It's full on mental confusion.
Drugs sent to fix the delusion;
Wake me up for the conclusion

Where is the sunshine?
And where is my well being?
Where are the brighter days when the pain wasn't stinging?
Through my head; through my heart; My gut aches are by far off the chart.
If there is a reason, I'm having a hard time seeing;
Some life tribulations are meant to be confusing.

Starts off with a sip,
then graduates to a bottle-
Next you down a handle;
now you've ended up in the hospital.

But none of this is possible,
when you promised to be responsible.

Looks like I've already got a handle.

Experimental experiences are making my head delirious;
Trial after trial, my senses are draining something furious.

In a dull twighlight, this way of life is strange and mysterious.
Only at night will I truely become
victorious.

The good shit is what I rarely make public;
Most of you people probably couldn't even stomach it.
A dark side you'd never expect;
A collection of heavy hearted things sitting upon my chest.
Secrets of unknown and twisted thoughts over the years have grown;
A world inside of my head - far from perfect.
