I don't blame you for your frustration... I used to work on a team where the boss wouldn't fire the slacker! She made my life HELLISH for a while... then I left (like you suggested all the good ones do eventually)

Maybe you should leave too?

Isn't it a prerequisite in most jobs to be able to work with different personalities. When will these people learn.
