I guess one of the girls went and told the manager of our lab that she is frustrated working there, and gave her examples of things that frustrate her. Boss said that she just can't wave a wand and change these people that are contributing to the frustration. Yes she can, she can document the complaints about certain people not pulling their weight around and get rid of them. Geez I hate working for a union for this very reason. It protects the slackers, making the good ones leave.
