There's always genetic abnormalities. Those can be fun. But not a popular choice for characters, I don't think.

Maybe just like characteristic features--deep-set eyes, roman nose, hawkish features, sensuous lips, all that descriptive junk.

Yeah, though I think I might do a zombie-girl and something with wings, I doubt I'll do the kind of stuff I've seen on Discovery Health.
