but the music site should probably be nice and colorful and all that crap.

Why? I'm a big believer in Keep It Simple Stupid with webpages. Especially if their purpose is to provide a gateway to other content (like vids). As long as it's clearly navigable and the vids are there..that's all that matters. I'd take a sparse, functional webpage over a zingy one full of useless geegaws any day.

But....boobie groping..hmmm.

Oh bloody hell, Eunice, you can grope my boobies for free. ;)

I agree with you about zingy geegaws being annoying. (In fact, my own webpage was a basic reaction to all the Flashy!Animated!Collaged!L00k-at-my-mad-web-ski11z! fansites. So yeah, we see eye-to-eye on the Keep It Simple Stupid philosophy.) The music site doesn't need to have flash or javascript or 10 different frames on the page or funky cursors or what-have-you. But it would be nice if I could have something slightly prettier than my current graphics skill, which is on the level of "black letters on white background". Something like the original Buffymusic.net layout would be cool. Easy on the eyes, but functional.

All that rambling was to say don't worry, I won't put up anything that will hurt your eyes. :)

All I will say is that in about four hours, I fully expect to be screaming and throwing things and cursing the name of Joss Whedon, just like I did two years ago. ::coughSeeingRedcough:: And also being happy that I haven't yet joined any of the Save Angel campaigns. So sayeth the quirky brunette physics major who tends to overidentify with TV characters.

right there with you right down to the over identifying with TV characters...I wish I could claim to understand physics, but it gives me a headache.

I unfortunately ended up spoiled...but I think that kept the flip out factor down only slightly anyway...*sigh*

Well, I was practically spoiled. Technically, no, I never saw any concrete spoilers or read any summaries beforehand or whatever. But all the spoiler hos on my flist had been freaking out for a while over 5x15, and I read several comments that didn't mention anything specific but, for example, compared the ep to "You're Welcome" and "Seeing Red". That, combined with knowing the general TV Guide description and reading Joss's letter and seeing the Fresley kiss at the end of 5x14, made it pretty much a gimme. So even though I didn't "know", I knew. You know? :)

I was freaking out about it too, but I wouldn't classify myself a spoiler ho, in fact, I hate them and try to avoid them whenever humanly possible, and most definitely never seek them out.

But yeah, I get what you're saying about knowing without really...but me, eternal optimist, was really hoping that it would be different this time...and Smile Time and A Hole In the World wouldn't be in the same spot as Entropy and Seeing Red are. My acceptance of actual events on Buffy kind of stops at the end of Entropy, or maybe at the end of the Teaser in Seeing Red. After that, I kinda go off in this little AU in which Tara's alive for an RP that I do, or just live in DenialLand.
