I was uploading the photos of what's currently my costume and listening to Nightwish (downloaded the Wishmaster LP redux, it's amazing), when it occured to me that this post could, in fact, get geekier.

The Almighty Wonder Bra! xD Dunno about you, but I'm so excited for AB. Is the wonder bra comfortable, though? It looks amazing so far but not all that comfy.

O I KNOW, NO KIDDING MATE. I had seen a different trailer for it a little while back, like a week before it came out. FTW, ne? I'm not even gonna bother with it. I must admit that a tiny part of me wants to see it, simply because I am total fan-geek. (I do own practically the entire series -- all what, 50 books? lol -- after all.) But, with that sort of animation, I can't imagine that it's any good. I heard they did it that way because that's how the original comics/games were designed. But jeez. It doesn't do the amazing series any justice whatsoever. After all those legal disputes and this is what they come up with? *shakes head*

I'm beyond excited, especially since the RT dudes released a video this morning on how to play Grifball, so I'm going to make the "ball" and carry that around with me rather than the handgun. I should think that I'll be in some trouble from the Grifballers, but it should be more fun than harm.

And the Wonder Bra is so so. I hollowed out the place where my boobs are going to have to go so there's more room, but it's not really going to get any better than that. It's pretty damn light though, which is a plus, and because the arm pieces are slightly undersized, they don't catch on each other. :D I'm happy with it so far, since I know it's certainly not going to look perfect.

I was curious, so I went looking for a trailer and I was so, so, so mad when I got this shit, I thought it was some Eighties thing and that the real movie wasn't that bad. But it is. Someone should start petitioning for a live action movie, because I think it would be better. I hate to mention LotR, because the world is still reeling from it, I think, but

haha. i tried once. and spent the entire time on my ass.
but recently(since listening to you talk about it) i've gotten the great desire to prove to myself that i can do it.

I'm serious when I say this. See if we can get up to Wachusett since it's small and sorta close by if they have snow. Take a lesson with them in the morning (I'll probably shoot some runs while you do) and I'll hang out with you in the afternoon to help you out. Eh?
