I was uploading the photos of what's currently my costume and listening to Nightwish (downloaded the Wishmaster LP redux, it's amazing), when it occured to me that this post could, in fact, get geekier.
What's done of the chest piece since I keep building up and then tearing it apart. I'm going to cop the Halo 2 style for the back 'cos it's less complex. The front started out as 3, but, I dunno, degenerated into its own thing, causing my dad and bro to dub it the Wonder Bra.
The part that should extende up over the shoulder really doesn't since I couldn't move very well when it was that long. I cut them down, and it looks silly, but I have a better range of motion, which is more comfortable, which is, unfortunately, paramount.
Behold the third set of bracers! They're plain and flat and I think I'm going to leave them that way and paint in the detailing because every time I tried to make it 3D, I failed miserably.
So, Nightwish, the Dragonlance inspired band was in the new Dragonlance movie, which is how I'm going to make this post a little more embarrassing: geeky outrage.
Seriously. Rocky, get the torches. We, and the rest of the Dragonlance fans, have a score to settle.
