This song has the same meaning as U+K. Although they're both different, at the same time they're similar because of their saddening yet uplifting lyrics and music. This song is also a celebration and a "requiem" for Ogata-san. In the lyrics Gackt not only conveys his happiness for having met him and sadness for having lost him, but he also shows just how thankful he is towards Ogata-san, for having helped him see the world in a new way, seeing and understanding the real him, without asking for anything back. Unfortunately, I didn't know much about Ogata-san but I'm also thankful for everything he did for Gackt.
Although, G is more open now, I always saw him like a cuddly teddy bar, but now he's even more hug-able. =3
