Doesn't have the same ring to it as "The Pie Maker."  On a side note I do not intend to post four entries every day.  This is backlogged stuff.  I hope this blog gets my ass in the kitchen more.  Not that I have been eating junk (except at work - nothing but junk there).  Just a lot of unoriginal salads.

edit: oh yeah, and it has to travel well. I.e. tupperware. Ok, it can be a wedding pie.

In fact, I like Dutch apple pie. Ok, it doesn't even have to be a wedding pie, it can be just a pie.
