Some of the rivers and lakes have receded slightly, however there's more rain forecasted for tonight and this coming weekend, so the city isn't out of danger yet. Most of the pictures were taken nearby... Thunder Bay is a large city (population wise) but the drive to these locations was no more than 7 minutes away... So I guess closeish?
