I am on Livejournal and (still) on Instagram - which gots shitty for photographs and turns into some TikTok-derivat. Basically Livejournal is exactly what I want to express myself and to interact with others
sadly i find and they continue to monetize and proprietize the web i find myself simply interacting with dollar$ the YT issue cleared up now, i went to dreamwidth, it still sucks flickr just restricted photo numbers so i'm not using that only some old photos of my art before LJ was going through limitations sadly i see old blog pages where someone had posted a couple dozen photos, yet the page is missing all images how sad, i too prefer livejournal, and my LJ friends the internet is transient just like life, i guess.. thanks UGH

I have to look when I created my LJ profile (2007). It is my oldest internet profile still in existance, I guess. My Flickr profile is from 2010. for a couple of years I had I paid account but did not prolong this year. I am not in for competition in photography. Resp. I don't really like the successful photography of today - too much photoshop. I don't care about nudity, but much on flickr is really bad photography which only receives attention because it shows naked young women. I rather like showing what I do - who likes it is welcome, who don't like my stuff can stay away. We used to share music (our own playing) on a forum. It still exists, but all the german participants left when we questioned some of the owner of the website's decisions. That was when I started on YouTube and Vimeo.
