While I wait for L&O:SVU to download, I must regale you with the best hour of episodic television I've seen since...well, "Fault", last season. Yes, folks - it's time for the PiecesofAlice review of...

The L&O:Criminal Intent Season 6 Premiere!

(Otherwise known as: "Blind Spot" or "The One Where Eames Got Kidnapped")

I'll take a leaf from velocityofsound's ( Read more... )

HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS? I AM SO SUPRISED I'VE RESORTED TO CAPSLOCK. GOD.

I love this. You should recap every episode. Except for the ones with Logan. We'll have to see about him. I really liked this episode. I wasn't looking for anything wonderful, mind you, but Eames had so much more screen time and Goren was all angry and tie-less. It was quite spectacular in that way. And yes for your commentary on the last picture.

(Also, I am sometimes here and I got your e-mail. I like to read a story a few times before taking down any thoughts on it and so I'm going to try and have it back to you tomorrow.)

Thank God I don't have to recap Chris Noth episodes. Coz, gosh. He makes me want to eat my coffee cup.

I enjoyed this episode so much. I was jumpy and excited and sad and happy - just like episodic television should be. Bring on the rest of the season!!

(I got your email. Thank you for your patience with my bad, bad spelling. ;)

I watched 6.02 because I wanted to see Logan's new partner. Or watch her. I never watched the other L&O with her and so I'm not really familiar.

I have watched the premiere probably about three times and am really eager to see 6.03, though I thought Eames would be on leave or something because of her meat hook incident. Also, I read in one of those script sides that are always surfacing that he actually calls her Alex.

(Your spelling isn't bad or bad, bad. It was like three homonyms and, I think, meringue.)
