No, but it sounds as if I should take a look at his journal - thanks!

45% chance of a "severe" geomagnetic storm - one with a Kp > 6 ... one we might be able to see - in the next 24 hours, then site us now saying. :-)

My mom was telling me about this earlier. I'll probably be asleep when it happens, but it sounds kind of cool. I agree, the camera sounds like a great idea. Maybe I'll get my mom to snap pics, she's a night owl.

If you're an early riser you could look then, or take a peek tomorrow evening. No telling when things might peak. :-) I usually wake a few times in the night, anyway, so tonight, I'll check the forecast each time ... if it's promising, then out I'll go!
