No, really guys.  This is where you should tell me what I'm doing wrong.  Please.  Don't even sugar coat it.  Goddamn I get enough sugar anyway I put like 3-4 teaspoons of sugar in my tea and even more in coffee 'cause I'm a wuss like that.
