I've reached a compromise with Mom in regards to school. My original plan was to attend the tech college in town for a year to get my required classes out of the way, then move down by Dad and go to the community college to focus on my major. But she and I had a heart to heart yesterday and I've changed my mind. Instead of moving, I'll be living ( Read more... )

I was just thinking today, too, that I wished I didn't live in a townhouse, because I really, really want to paint my walls >< Do some redecorating. My friend just bought a condo, and the place is fucking INSANE AWESOME. That's what I want. I want a house I can get laid in. XD

This made me laugh really hard for some reason. One day you'll have one!

I actually like your room. I think it looks sweet and lived in without looking messy. I have piles of laundry and papers I refuse to acknowledge all over my desk, chair, and now on my floor, so you're in good shape.

Boo, money. I know you can get through this, though! ♥

Thanks for the input. I try to keep it as tidy as possible, but sometimes I get too lazy to organize my own papers or fold and hang my laundry. I can only muster the strength during the weekends, it seems. x_x

♥!

You want lazy? My idea of "cleaning up for guests" is taking the dried laundry down from the tension rods in the hallway, dumping them in the laundry basket, and leaving that behind the couch.

It's still there! XD

D: It always sucks to find out you have to live at home longer than you expect to!

I used to have red walls...they were a deep lipstick shade, dark enough to be soothing rather than glaring but still bright enough not to be oppressive. I really liked it :) Light green would also be nice...or a deep burnt orange (sounds weird but if you find just the right shade, it's so nice!) or really pretty blue...

Haha, yeah, I'm no help at all XD

Yes, it does. :C But better that than not being able to uphold a six-month lease on an apartment.

Ooh, deep red walls sounds fabulous. Thing is, I want something that matches my bedspread, which has very soft greens, blues and purples in it. But I will keep that in mind for the future!

No, you're fine. :)
